Volunteers are needed to conduct follow up survey calls to clients of the Financial Empowerment Center (FEC). These are clients that have received services through the FEC (etc. financial coaching, tax preparation, workforce development consultation, financial literacy workshop, or small business consultation). The client does an initial financial habits survey during the intake process before receiving services.
Callers will be asking clients the same questions to see if there has been any change in client’s financial situations after coming to the FEC. The answers will be tracked in our database
We do follow-up with clients (90 days, 180 days and 1 year)
The survey takes about 2-4 minutes to complete.
Clients that participate in the survey are entered to win a $25 gift card.
