United Way of the National Capital Area is presently hosting a Stuff the Bus school supply drive, collecting various essential school supplies to fill more than 600 backpacks, to be donated to area community schools and students in need in advance of the 2022-2023 school year. Volunteers are needed on Tuesday, August 16 to assist in sorting collected school supplies and donations, and to assemble and fill backpacks with binders, pens and pencils, composition books and many other items needed for success during the academic year. Please consider joining us for a fun (and meaningful) morning of getting our region’s students ready for the new school year!
